My first attempt to use the knowledge I had gained from the research notebook, inspired by
the work of Onishi Yasuaki.
An initial freezing of a moment in time allows the natural forces that have an effect on the material (gravity, time, light, air movement etc.) to become visible.
The lightweight and transparent nature of the dust sheet means it is increasingly susceptible to these forces and subsequently the changes in form that some forces enact. For instance, the slight incidental air movement that occurs as you walk past the object has a direct, form-altering effect: continually reshaping through these micro-transformative actions. If desired, these new moments can then be held using hot glue weights, adding a new point of gravity, or left to be transformed again.
